SARAH'S GRAD

I can't believe how time has flown by!!!
My little girl is now 11 going in 12 in August and she is starting high school in the new school year!
Here, in Quebec, High school starts in grade 7. I find her so young but I am her mom...and letting go sometimes is sooo hard.

We spent the day at the spa. Sarah had her hair straightened, and a french manicure. She looked so sweet all dressed up:)

We were extremely happy to have my mom, Sarah's grandmother here for her special night:)
She was making funny faces and actions so it was hard to get a serious picture...lol

Here, Sarah put up her feet because she wanted a picture to show that her shoes matched her belt..hehehe
Gosh...it felt like yesterday I was changing diapers:)

Pictures after the ceremony with some of her friends since Kindergarden and Pre K.

Proud Nana and momma outside of the school:)

More friends.................................................................................................

Sarah had a party with some of her friends. They are all going to different schools next year, Sarah included since she is going to Lauren Hill Academy, which is not on the West Island.
The invitations went out for Sarah's pool party and we didnt' even the pool installed yet!! Talk about a panic to get things together. But it all worked out wonderfully and the children had a great time.
They watched a movie after eating and swimming.
I had made t-shirts for them so that they could all sign them and have a momento of the party, since I thought that loot bags were too young for them.

They really had a good laugh signing each others t-shirt.
Group picture...these kids are a great group!! In the background you can see that Sarah and I made boards with pictures backing from Pre K until now of the kids that attended the party.

Sarah was so pleased to have her friends around her. I loved seeing her so happy:)
Thank you to Jonah, Cassandra, Elizabeth, Kimmy, Gaby, Justin and Justin, Liam and Marcus for sharing in my daughters wonderful memories of Elementary school. You all made her so very happy.
It is amazing how much teenage kids eat!! lol The weather held up so that we were able to have everything outside. We weren't sure that the rain would hold off or not.

Sarah enjoying her company. And of course she needed a new bathing suit for the party! lol

The party ran from 6-10. The kids swam, ate, exchanged t-shirts and watched a movie. Nick finished off the deck about an hour before the kids arrived. Talk about a panic!
